Ayurveda is the science of life
Most women are confused or lost when it comes to health and have NO IDEA what works for their uniqueness. I create diet and lifestyle plans from the perspective of Ayurveda that align with Earth’s seasons and your life’s seasons to help you live a vital and healthy life.
Ayurveda is a measured, tested, and deeply impactful 5,000-year-old medicine that teaches everyone to live a life in their own natural and true balance. Ayurveda is the O.G. holistic approach to health. It focuses on proper diet, lifestyle practices, and herbal medicines that aid you in restoring and maintaining health in the body, mind, and consciousness. Find out more about each below.

About Alexa’s Ayurveda
I am an Ayurvedic Practitioner in Denver, Colorado. I specialize in personalized Ayurvedic diet, Ayurvedic lifestyle, Ayurvedic herbal remedies, and Ayurvedic pulse reading to create a specific and unique plan to achieve your true balance. My practice is a blend of this medicine as well as different energetic healing modalities to identify original roots of your imablances.
My favorite women to help are deeply committed to their health, willing to show up to do the work, and have an open mind and a sense of humor — because you need all of that to heal.
I love watching the women I work with step into a graceful personal power no matter where they are on their health journey. This is transformational work and guiding women to their next level of evolution is why I love what I do.
This care is for those who feel out of control with their state of health, who are stressed out, putting immense pressure on themselves to juggle all the things, or need help organizing their priorities. I love to help those who need to be seen and deeply supported during times of intense transition, need to be heard for what health changes they are concerned about no matter how small, and those who know they were meant to live a life of vitality.
Society often has a hard time acknowledging that all women need very different and specific-to-them care and that oftentimes we don’t feel safe in the traditional system. Western medicine can have amazing life-saving benefits, but time and again I always find that tapping into the deep well of Ayurveda’s 5000 years of knowledge in medicine and preventative care leaves people feeling safe and self-sufficient.
I also LOVE working with kiddos! I have a very sweet and feisty little toddler and there is nothing I wouldn’t do for her when it comes to, (everything), but especially her health and wellbeing. Ayurveda has an extensive branch of children’s medicine that can easily be applied to our modern-day parenting.

The hot water opens the pores in the skin and lets the oil seep deeply into your tissues for repair and rejuvenation. This is not a cetyl-alcohol-filled-lotion application where it just stays on the surface of your skin and you wonder why you are always still dry. This is a legitimate, skin softening, health improving practice.
I love to recommend an ayurvedic herbal smoking mix to those wishing to quit tobacco, nicotine, or marijuana OR to those who wish to supplement their toking routine with other herbs to combat the harsher more negative effects on their lungs and sinuses.
1. Hydrate! Every morning when you wake up the first glass of water should be warm with a pinch of himalayan sea salt and a squeeze of lime. This helps detox the lymph system, the liver, and helps your body to retain the appropriate amount of water it needs for the rest of the day.
Ayurveda teaches life. It connects the rhythm of your being to the rhythm of the Earth, of the universe. It synchronizes our daily life activities to the activities of the sun, the moon, the wind of autumn, the snow of winter, the defrosting of spring, and the fire of summer. Ayurveda clears away the superficial worries and superfluous habits and detrimental patterns so that we know why we live, why we wake up each day to navigate this world.
